• ABRASIVE BELT FEATURES: This Dynaprep Premium belt measures at 3/4" (19 mm) wide x 18" (457 mm) long. It features a medium grit high-performance aluminum oxide abrasive with smear-resistant resin, and a cloth mesh backing. The belt provides an aggressive cutting action that reduces cycle times.
• ALUMINUM OXIDE ABRASIVE: The nylon fiber of this belt is coated with aluminum oxide. The abrasive grain and resin bond is dispersed through the open weave construction providing a continuous supply of new abrasive grain as fibers and old grain wear away. The open construction of the non-woven surface generates an aggressive cutting action, which provides non-loading performance and generates improved surface finishes.
