Making dumplings by hand is complicated and time consuming, the trick is to get all the air out from under the won ton wrapper. With a Dumpling Cube we have designed a patented fold that pushes the air out and helps seal and trim, squeeze any remaining air out when you pinch the top of your dumpling and you have a very neat and tidy parcel ready to boil or fry.
