Following their collaboration in DG's Grammy-nominated recording of Le Nozze di Figaro, star tenor Rolando Villaz¢n and incoming MET music director, Yannick Nezet-Seguin, join forces with the Orchestre Metropolitain de Montreal and Ildar Abdrazakov, "one of the most sought-after young basses in the operatic world" (Vanity Fair), for Duets. The album features tenor and bass duets from drammi giocosi and operas comiques by composers such as Bizet, Donizetti, Gounod, Rossini and more.
