• WATER ACTIVATED BEFORE USE: The sheets arrive dry and flat. Before first use, fully soak them in water for 3–5 minutes, wipe both sides dry with a towel, lay them flat in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours. This product is a water-activated freezer pack rather than carbon dioxide dry ice.
• CUT TO THE SIZE YOU NEED: Each sheet measures 14 × 13 inches and contains 24 cells. The package includes 4 sheets with 96 cells in total. Cut only along the sealed borders between the cells before soaking to create smaller cold packs for mailing packages, cooler boxes and insulated bags.
• SEGMENTED AND REUSABLE SHEETS: The individual cell layout helps distribute the frozen contents across the sheet, while the connecting seams allow it to bend around packaged items. After use, place the activated sheets back in the freezer for the next use. Do not use any section that is cut, punctured or damaged.
