- Also called die grinder bits, rotary burrs and rotray files, these burrs are designed for cleaning out material in a wide-range of products including wood, plastics, stainless steel and other metals such as nickel, iron, steel, tool steel and titanium
- Trade number SA-1 with a Cylindrical shape
- Double-cut style has rows of cutting teeth cut in two intersecting directions for fast material removal and a rougher finish
- 1/4" Head Diameter with 1/2" Head Length and 6" Overall Length
- 1/4" round shank allow use with a wide variety of toolholding systems
Drill America solid carbide double cut bur offers long tool life and faster cutting speeds than other substrates, but are more brittle and must be used with rigid toolholding systems. Uncoated tools feature just the base substrate without any additional treatment or coatings and are suitable for a wide range of applications.
