Domori "Javagrey" Single Origin Milk Chocolate

Javagrey: the spicy hints of Javablond mixed with the sweetness of the milk from the grey cows of Tyrol. Since 1993, Domori searched for and has now found the world's cocoa growing regions with the best varieties of cocoa for making chocolate. Domori has a unique approach to their chocolate, selecting, and roasting cocoa carefully and in small batches, a minimal amount of processing, and making their chocolate by hand as opposed to machine when possible. The result is Italian chocolate with a unique, genuine taste, aroma of the cocoa, and a very characteristic snap with each bite that is unique only to Domori.
