Shipping policy: For big items, customer MUST have a forklift or liftgate if apply to unload the equipment, the customer will ALWAYS be contacted to verify this information. Please contact us as soon as possible if the item has any type of damage. Return Policy: The item must be in its original package. If the item has been open customer must pay an extra fee for repackaging. There will be a restocking fee to send back the item, this will be taken from the total amount of the refund. Customer must send the item back to the Manufacturer and provide JMC Equipment with the tracking number. Once the item has been inspected JMC Equipment will notify the customer of the refund.
