508E-D2 8" Dual 2-Ohm 500W RMS Subwoofers (Pair).
500 Series e-revision uses Free Flow Cooling, high-temperature voice coils, and an extended pole piece.
The suspension combines a dual-layer spider system with integrated tinsel leads and an EROM surround.
Installation per subwoofer: 7.125 in mounting cutout, 4.875 in mounting depth. DD Audio recommends 0.5–1.0 cu ft net ported enclosure volume. Driver displacement: 0.04 cu ft.
