Product Description
DeltaTrak Dishwasher Temperature Label Strip, Stick On Dishwasher Thermometer Test Strip Pack of 24
- TempDot High Temperature Dishwasher Thermal Labels provide a record of temperature change in commercial dishwashers and pot washers. These indicator labels validate that dish or utensil surfaces have reached the sanitation temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Thermometer range: When the temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) or higher, the white dot on the label changes to black, clearly indicating that sanitization has been achieved
- Easy to use: These single-use temperature indicator labels can be adhered to dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, or other kitchenware.
- The label does not leave a sticky residue on kitchenware, so used labels are easily removed and can be affixed to a log book for record keeping.
- Complies with FDA Food Code 4-703.11 (B) for sanitization
