• Castor Oil is high in ricinoleic acid, which retains moisture by preventing water loss through the outer layer of the skin. Castor oil is a go-to treatment for nourishing the skin and hair but is also a well-known natural laxative.
• Use pure or mix a few drops with De La Cruz Avocado Oil or Shea Butter to create a revitalizing moisturizing treatment. Liven up dull and dry skin with this intense moisturizing oil by applying it on the skin for a few hours.
• For deep hair hydration, apply a few drops of castor oil on your scalp, roots and ends on damp hair. To enjoy maximum moisturizing benefits, leave the castor oil treatment on overnight and shampoo the next day.
• Castor oil is also an incredibly soothing treatment for dry or chapped lips. For best results rub a small amount of castor oil on lips and let it soak in for a few seconds before applying your favorite lip balm.
• Castor Oil is the beauty experts' oil of choice for nourishing eyelashes and eyebrows. Apply a light coat every night with a mascara brush to discover healthy and beautifully hydrated lashes and eyebrows.
