Dalstrong 7" Fillet Knife - TiN-Coated 7CR17MOV Steel

Dalstrong 7" Fillet Knife - TiN-Coated 7CR17MOV Steel

• FOR DOCK FILLETING, SALTWATER FISHING, AND OUTDOOR FISH PREP WHERE CORROSION IS THE ENEMY: The Night Shark fillet knife is built for where standard kitchen fillet knives fail — saltwater spray, fish camp humidity, boat decks, and dock stations. TiN-coated 7CR17MOV blade resists the corrosion that saltwater accelerates on uncoated steel; polypropylene handle resists water absorption, won't swell or crack, and stays non-slip when wet.
• FOR FILLETING WHOLE FISH IN THE FIELD — BASS, WALLEYE, SNAPPER, MAHI: The 7" flexible blade navigates rib cages cleanly on medium to large fish — long enough for snapper and mahi, controlled enough for bass and walleye. TiN coating adds surface hardness to the blade face that reduces drag through fish scales and skin. Clean, fast filleting under outdoor conditions that kitchen blades aren't built for.
• THE NIGHT SHARK SERIES — BUILT FOR WHERE KITCHEN KNIVES DON'T GO: Kitchen fillet knives are built for clean counters and indoor conditions. The Night Shark is built for fish camps, charter boats, riverside cleaning stations, and anywhere the work gets wet, dirty, and rough. Rinse with whatever water is available; the TiN coating and polypropylene handle handle it.
• WATERPROOF POLYPROPYLENE HANDLE — NO SWELLING, NO GRIP FAILURE: Most outdoor fillet knife handles absorb water over time and develop grip problems. The Night Shark polypropylene handle doesn't absorb water, fish blood, or brine — ever. Non-slip texture in wet conditions, dimensionally stable regardless of how many times it gets soaked and dried.
• CUSTOMER SUPPORT, SHEATH, FIELD-READY BUILD: Ships with a protective sheath suitable for outdoor carry. Backed by Dalstrong's customer support.
