Dalstrong 2-Pc Knife Set - 8" Chef & 4" Paring, V12 Ultra

Dalstrong 2-Pc Knife Set - 8" Chef & 4" Paring, V12 Ultra

• V12 ULTRA STEEL — THE TOP OF THE DALSTRONG STEEL HIERARCHY: Above AUS-12V. Above AUS-10V. V12 Ultra is Dalstrong's highest-grade exclusive Japanese steel — engineered for maximum edge retention, superior hardness, and the finest possible cutting geometry. If you've worked through the Shogun and Scorpion ELITE lines and want to go further, the Hellfire 2-piece is the top of the range.
• FOR DAILY COOKING AND PRECISION IN-HAND WORK — TWO BLADES, ONE AESTHETIC: The 8" chef knife covers the full daily prep sequence; the 4" paring knife handles in-hand peeling, fruit prep, and fine detail work. Together they cover board work and in-hand work in the Hellfire aesthetic: black and red Damascus on V12 Ultra steel, black-and-red honeycomb handle — the fire colorway of the Scorpion line.
• THE HELLFIRE AESTHETIC — FOR THE KITCHEN THAT MEANS IT: The black and red honeycomb handle isn't an accent — it's the identity. Scorpion Hellfire is the bold colorway variant of the all-black Scorpion ELITE. If you want the hardest Dalstrong steel in the most visually aggressive format, this two-piece set delivers both blades in matching Hellfire spec.
• FOR THE COLLECTOR COMPLETING THE SCORPION LINE: The Scorpion ELITE runs AUS-12V in all-black. The Hellfire runs V12 Ultra in black-and-red. Different steel tier, different aesthetic, complementary collector positions. If you own the Scorpion ELITE chef knife, the Hellfire paring knife is the natural specialist addition — and vice versa.
• CUSTOMER SUPPORT ON BOTH KNIVES, GIFT-READY PACKAGING: Two Hellfire knives in premium Dalstrong packaging, backed by the customer support. The two-piece gift for the Dalstrong collector who's explored the full lineup. Maintain V12 Ultra edges on the Dalstrong Whetstone Set (B07KKQHKMV) — the harder steel rewards a proper sharpening session.
