• Simple to use, Use one scoop of Pr!me-All powder, add powder to cap and tamp in place with enough pressure to form a solid puck in the bottom of the cap. For a more durable solution you can apply a small drop of Duco cement in the cap before filling with the powder and then tamping in place. Allow cement to dry and you'll have powerful and durable caps that the powder won't loosen from.
• Caps tested for use with the calibrated scoop have been determined by a mixture WITHOUT the pulverized glass/sand mix and the sodium bicarbonate.
