2508G-D2 8" Dual 2-Ohm 1200W RMS Subwoofer.
2508G uses a new aluminum two-stage heat sink, Free Flow Cooling, and DD Audio ESP cast frame construction.
The g-revision adds a second-generation V-ROM surround, iron-cloth double-spider system, and carbon-fiber-loaded non-pressed pulp cone.
Subwoofer installation: 8 in mounting cutout, 6.69 in mounting depth. DD Audio recommends 0.4–0.8 cu ft net sealed or 0.75–1.25 cu ft net ported enclosure volume. Driver displacement: 0.08 cu ft.
