Da Vinci Weighted Speed Jump Rope has a 10 foot adjustable cable rope. Each of the handles have 1/3 lb. weight inside and with a foam grip for added comfort. The handles are constructed using a ball bearing mechanism for high speed smooth and even rotation of the rope. To adjust the length of the rope, simply unscrew the plastic caps at the end of the grip, use pliers to pull out the smaller weight first, then tap the handle straight down on your palm or a hard surface to remove the larger weight, push the rope out and use pliers to loosen the metal clamb holding the rope, adjust to desired length and cut the extra rope and re clamp the rope. The larger weight is secured in place so the handle does not vibrate during exercise. For indoor use only or on matted surface. Do not use on abrasive surface like concrete or asphalt.
