- Material-- These thread strings are made of high quality polyester. It is a manmade fabric, strong and durable for long time use. And the coating on the surface of the cord can prevent fraying while stiffening the cord, which helps with knotting.
- Wide Application-- Great for bead stringing, knotting, braiding and making micro macrame jewelry.
- Design-- This cord is easily knotted and braided just like hemp but with a clean look and feel. Round wax cords or polished cords are basically polyester braided cords with round or oval cross sections. Various strands of polyester yarn of different counts are braided together to give them the lateral stability. Braided cords are then coated with wax giving it a shiny, leather-like appearance.
