Covers are guaranteed to be free from material defect and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase by the original purchasing consumer. Should it be determined that a defect in material or workmanship has taken place within the warranty period, The Cover Store will, at its discretion, repair or replace the cover. This warranty does not include normal wear from usage and weather including fading from the sun, damage from strong winds, product alteration, acts of God, misuse and abuse, vandalism or any damage that occurs to the product when it is used in a manner other than that for which it was intended. The Cover Store reserves the right to make the final determination on defects. This warranty is not transferable and limits liability to the original purchase price of the product.
