Country Wine... Plus

One of the great '60s rock 'n' roll bands dropped the "Paul Revere" once the '70s hit and forged ahead with a tough new sound. The hard rockers are counterbalanced by lush pop plums on this 1972 Columbia LP: the hits Country Wine and Powder Blue Mercedes Queen plus Take a Stand; American Family; Ballad of the Unloved , and more. This reissue adds 11 non-LP single sides and the band's last recordings with singer Mark Lindsay!
