Cooper's Crumbs Gluten Free Bread Crumbs, Keto, Four Spice Salute

• AN ALL NATURAL TAKE ON THE BREADCRUMB: Cooper's Crumbs started from a simple problem, that a breadcrumb is mostly bread, and bread is the one thing a lot of people are trying to leave out. This is the crumb without it.
• EVERY BOX ON THE LIST: Gluten free, grain free, low carb, high protein, vegan, paleo and keto friendly, all out of the same jar. Most crumb alternatives tick two or three of those and quietly fail the rest.
• CERTIFIED KOSHER: Certified kosher, so it goes into a kosher kitchen without a second thought and without a phone call about the ingredient list.
• MADE IN THE USA: Blended in the United States from ingredients chosen for taste first, on the view that a healthy crumb nobody wants to eat is not really a product.
• AS A COATING: Press it onto chicken, fish, pork or cauliflower and bake, pan fry or air fry, exactly the way you would with a standard breadcrumb.
• AS A TOPPING: Scatter it over a casserole, mac and cheese, a gratin or roasted vegetables for the last few minutes under the broiler, when something soft needs texture on top.
• AS A BINDER: Meatballs, burgers, meatloaf, crab cakes, stuffing. Anywhere a recipe leans on breadcrumbs to hold the mix together, this does the same job.
• IT SWAPS ONE FOR ONE: Wherever a recipe says a cup of breadcrumbs, use a cup of this. Nothing to recalculate, no second ingredient to buy alongside it, no rewriting the method.
• ONE JAR FOR A TABLE THAT EATS DIFFERENTLY: The gluten free eater, the one counting carbs, the vegan and everybody else all get the same dinner out of the same pan. That is what a pantry staple is supposed to do.
• ORIGINAL FOUR SPICE SALUTE: The house blend, savory rather than hot, and the one to start on if you are not sure. It is the blue pack, and it is the flavor the whole range was built around.
