The ContiTech classic B cross section V-belt is 0.66" wide and 0.44" high, and is suitable for use in V-flat drives. Polyester tension members increase tensile strength and reduce elongation to maintain dimensional stability so that drive performance is consistent over the life of the belt. This belt is made from natural rubber and has a fiber jacket to make it oil and dust resistant, static conductive, and give it an operating temperature range of -67 to 158 degrees F. This V-belt meets DIN 2215 (Deutsches Institut fr Normung) and ISO 1813 (International Standard Organization) for quality assurance, making it appropriate for use in the presence of explosive gases, liquids, powders, and other substances. This ContiTech V-belt is suitable for use in ventilation fans, mining operations, cement plants, agricultural applications, and machine tools.
