Commercial Grade Red Cutting Board - 24 x 18 Extra Large 1/2" Thick for Meats, Superior HDPP Plastic, NSF and Food Service Ready

• EXTRA LARGE CUTTING BOARD - Oversized 24 x 18 inch surface is designed for professional and home chefs with big kitchens. The XL size speeds up prep work by allowing more space to work and organize. Weighs 7 pounds and resists sliding.
• COMMERCIAL GRADE PLASTIC - Made from high superior high density polypropylene, our plastic cutting boards are durable, warp resistant and BPA free. HDPP has superior heat tolerance to HDPE or consumer grade plastic cutting boards made of PE (polyethylene).
• RED COLOR – Use for cutting and processing raw meats such as beef and pork according to HACCP food safety standards. Easily avoid cross mixing prep boards by using red only for meats.
• LARGE SIZE WARNING – A common complaint is that this cutting board is TOO BIG and does not fit in the dishwasher or sink. As our main customers are restaurants, we highly recommend home cooks to measure your kitchen space to understand just how big 24 by 18 inches is.
• THIRTEEN CHEFS - We are an American company with decades of experience in food service. Our products are used in restaurants, commercial and home kitchens across the country. We take pride in offering premium kitchen wares that are designed to last and provide great value for professional and casual chefs.
