COMING DOWN FROM RED LODGE

Peter Ostroushko steps out on his own to present this stunning album featuring 10 new compositions for fiddle and mandolin especially composed for NPR's a Prairie Home Companion. Peter wrote and performed these great new pieces on the show earlier this year and the response from listeners was unprecedented! Thousands across the US called in trying to get a hold of this stirring music with it's evocative blend of classical, jazz and folk! Recreated here with the talented Prairie Home house band, this is yet another masterpiece from the violin/mandolin wizard who has performed with everyone from Bob Dyan to symphony orchestras under the baton of Sir Neville Marinner!
