Chevron Regal R&O ISO 32 - Rust and Oxidation Lubricant, 5 Gallon Pail

Chevron's Regal R&O 32 Oil, 5 Gallon Pail is a non-synthetic rust and oxidation oil specifically formulated for use in steam and hydroelectric turbines (formerly Texaco Regal R&O).

This lubricant is recommended for use in most electric motor bearings, air compressors, gears, hydroelectric turbines, steam turbines, marine turbines, and non-heavy duty hydraulic systems that recommend R&O type oils (for heavy duty hydraulic systems, consider Rando HD oils). It can also be used as a general purpose lubricant and potentially replace other oils.

This product passes the Fresh Water Corrosion Test (ASTM D665, Procedure A), and the severe Synthetic Sea Water Rust test (Procedure B). This ISO 32 oil also meets the following requirements:

Features

Chevron's R&O mineral-based turbine fluid provides superior rust protection, oxidation inhibition, and foam suppression to ensure efficient performance in a number of industrial applications. It helps to ensure good lubrication film strength and minimal wear by providing quick water separation. This oil also minimizes entrained air that could otherwise result in low lubricant film strength between moving parts.
