- 1. 50” diameter black shore 80 PVC threaded hose cuff designed for compatibility with 65555 hose
- 3. 50” overall in length with 1. 50” threaded section with hose apron designed to thread and hold firmly onto the hose
- Has a 1. 50” smooth interior and exterior throat ideal for a press fit over standard 1. 50 fittings or for a leak proof seal when held by a standard hose clamp
- The PVC cuff material can be solvent bonded to PVC jacketed hose using standard PVC cement
- The soft 80 shore permits an excellent press fit over standard 1. 50” barbed connectors
- The PVC threaded cuff can be bonded to standard 1. 50” hose with PVC jacket using standard PVC solvents
The 68239 PVC threaded cuff is designed for a positive threaded connection onto 1.50†wire support vacuum hose and is compatible with the 65555 1.50†hose sold by Cen-Tec Systems. Four threaded channels are designed to match and hold against the pitch of the hose. An overlapping apron insures a smooth transition for the hose cuff into the hose interior. The soft 80 shore permits an excellent press fit over standard 1.50†barbed connectors and with the use of industry standard clamps will help to form a reliable leak proof connection. The PVC threaded cuff can be bonded to standard 1.50†hose with PVC jacket using standard PVC solvents.
