Cavalon Hunter D-Ring Capsule Sweet Iron Snaffle Bit (5.5")

Cavalon Hunter D-Ring Capsule Sweet Iron Snaffle Bit (5.5")

• CURVED MOUTHPIECE ARCH - FOLLOWS THE NATURAL CONTOUR OF THE LOWER JAW. The arms sweep in a gentle anatomical curve that mirrors the shape of the horse's lower jaw, so the bit rests naturally rather than forcing the jaw to conform to a straight rod. Less resistance, better fit, and no pressure on the lip corners - the horse carries this bit rather than tolerating it.
• PREMIUM BLUE SWEET IRON + TRIPLE COPPER INLAY. The sweet iron coated mouthpiece naturally oxidizes to release a sweet taste horses crave, while three precision copper bands on the rotating capsule amplify salivation on contact. The result is a horse that seeks the bit rather than evading it, softer jaw, quieter mouth, better contact from ride one.
• SUPERIOR LATERAL FRAMING AND CHEEK CONTACT. The flat straight edge of the D presses flush and broad against the cheek during turns, delivering a wide, distributed steering signal rather than a thin cutting line. Combined with full fixation, zero slide, zero rotate, the bit sits in exactly the same position every stride for consistent, reliable lateral control and show-ring framing.
• FREE-ROTATING BARREL CAPSULE. The barrel capsule spins freely under tongue pressure, giving anxious, busy-mouthed horses a productive physical outlet. Instead of chomping, grinding, or getting the tongue over the bit, the horse softly mouths the rolling capsule, releasing tension from the mouth all the way back through the poll and neck.
• EQUESTRIAN DISCIPLINE-APPROVED. Legal and appropriate across hunter/jumper classes, lower-level dressage, and eventing phases. Eliminates the need for multiple bits across different disciplines.
