Originally released in 1990, CARVED IN SAND produced three U.K. hit singles. Wayne Hussey expanded his musical focus with more highly produced arena rock tunes ("Deliverance") and turned his lyrical focus to subjects of social concern. This 2008 digitally remastered reissue also includes "Hands Across the Ocean", "The Grip of Disease" and "Divided We Fall".
