This cold insert is designed to use in front loading food pan carriers or carts. It is an easy to use, cold food holding temperature tool. Freeze the insert before use and then place the insert into the food carrier to dramatically extend the safe holding time or when you require frequent access. Keep in cabinet with cold foods to ensure they are safely held below 41° F. Designed to fit into UPC600, UPC800, UPC1200 and UPC1600 carriers carts. Available in cold blue color and full-size. Measures 20-13/16-inch length by 12-7/8-inch width by 1-1/2-inch height.
