- Door rail depth 1" with 3/16" height adjustment for precise alignment
- Mounts directly to floor surface or threshold without additional adapters
- Supports use with end load and side load center hung arm systems
- Designed as standard bottom pivot for S type and A type closers
- Allows vertical adjustment with door installed or removed
- Engineered to support doors up to 200 lbs maximum weight
- Used in center hung door systems requiring controlled pivot support
