The lat pull and low row attachments recommended weight capacity is 300 lbs, and the plate posts can hold standard or Olympic plates up to 325 lbs. This rack is finished in a durable powder coat finish and comes with industrial zinc hardware to provide exceptional maintenance-free durability.
