[BRA SIZING] ** USE OUR GUIDE IN THE PRODUCT PICTURES ** Start by positioning a measuring tape 1.5" inches below your breasts. Then measure around your body (ribcage) without clothing on. This is the most important measurement as it determines which size will fit you best. The Evening Cloak Butterfly Sports/Post Op Bra is a beautiful poly/nylon/spandex quilted fabric. It is one of our best sellers and loved by those who have purchased it. The high quality post op sports bras can be used from the point of surgery through full recovery. They are also used as independent sports bras. They have 7 adjustments on the shoulders, zipper front openings and are made of soft fabrics. They are cut to avoid any suture lines and hold the breasts in place with comfort. The inside fabric is a soft, strong spandex/nylon 4-way stretch and the outside fabric is a 2-way stretch. These are washable in cool water and a cool dry setting or overnight dry. They are quality sewn to last a very long time.
