As an aspiring home bread baker, I quickly realized that the available Bread Lames were either poorly designed, poorly constructed or made out of poor material. And the blades constantly slipped off
That's when I set out to design a superior product using the following criteria.

Just used the straight lame option for the first time. I much prefer it. Scoring was much easier with the Straight Blade.
