- Sold as a bookmatched pair cut from a single block. Sold as a pair. Each is at least 5" x 1-1/2" x 3/8". Use sealer to bring out the color and close the pores when finishing.
Bloodwood grows in tropical South America, and is named for its bright, vivid red. Grain is usually straight or slightly interlocked. Has a fine texture with good natural luster, and is also somewhat chatoyant. Use sealer to close the pores when finishing.
