How to use a digital wrist blood pressure meter correctly
1.Keep sitting,and DO NOT smoke,talk,drink or eat.you should not measure your blood pressure right after exercise and make sure you are in calm status.
2.wear the cuff on the inside of your wrist of left hand,and make sure cuff is 1-2CM from your palm
3.Lift the wrist and keep the BP monitor at the same height as your heat,press on button
4.stay still before measurement is done.
How to set user/date/time?
1.Power off the device
2.long press set button till the icon flashing
3.short press set button to switch user date and time
4.short press mem button to make changes
How to wipe memory data?
1.Power off the device
2.long press and hold MEM key for 5 seconds and short press SET key
Why BP readings measured at home are 20-30mmhg lower than measured in hospital?
