• Stretches to fit most waists. From 28 inches to 40 inches waist size. Elastics and PU unstretched measure approximately 30 inches. The elastic material gives almost twice its original length.
• The center piece measures approximately 13 inches wide and 2.25 inches tall. It is a high grade pleather piece layered with 8 strands of cuban curb chain.
• Multi layer of chains in the center piece wraps around so snug and so easy to wear.
• Accessorize and wear it with any dress, skirt, jeans, leggings with skirt, and almost any outfit. Goes wonderful especially with black and most perfectly with little black dress (or white).
