Best 12" x 12" Recessed Access Panel with 'Behind Drywall' Flange for 5/8" Drywall, Aluminum Extrusion Access Door & Frame for Wall/Ceiling, Dust Seal Gasket, Concealed Touch Latches, BA-DW-5058

• Professional Finish: Provides access to walls and ceilings while maintaining a virtually invisible, aesthetically pleasing appearance. For wall installation, the hinge should be located at the bottom.
• Recessed for Drywall: The panel is recessed to receive 1/2" drywall so the door blends with the surrounding surface on which it's installed.
• Durable, Long-Lasting Construction: Built with high-quality aluminum extrusion and a drywall-fitted door panel, this access door is designed for strength and reliability. The door frame is recessed to provide a similar edge to the drywall bead, allowing for a clean finish while withstanding extensive use in wall or ceiling installations without compromising performance over time.
• Convenient Access: The door's wing hinge allows the panel to open to 90 degrees; It can also be removed from the frame. Conveniently equipped with concealed touch latches.
• Added Safety: A safety chain comes installed on the door and frame for safety. Dust and debris are reduced by the dust seal gasket installed on the door.
