Holds up to 20 lbs. of draperies. Can be used with roller clips (included) or pin hooks (sold separately) for use with pinch pleat panels. Troubleshooting the rod: 1. Make sure the Rod Set Screw (letter M on the installation guide) is tightly screwed. Shown in step 8 on the installation instructions. 2. Make sure the rod itself is leveled and the center bracket is not too high. If the center bracket is too high, it misaligns the rods creating a possible hiccup in the pulley system. Troubleshooting the motor: 1. Verify the sensor attached to the motor is visible and within range. 2. Verify the remote lights up and batteries are new. 3. Verify the plug outlet is still in working condition.

Troubleshooting the rod:
1. Make sure the Rod Set Screw (letter M on the installation guide) is tightly screwed. Shown in step 8 on the installation instructions.
2. Make sure the rod itself is leveled and the center bracket is not too high. If the center bracket is too high, it misaligns the rods creating a possible hiccup in the pulley system.

Troubleshooting the motor:
1. Verify the sensor attached to the motor is visible and within range.
2. Verify the remote lights up and batteries are new.
3. Verify the plug outlet is still in working condition.
