• APPLICATION: It can be installed on steel plate, or bolted to a bench, fixed with a vise or anvil. The opening can accommodate stock up to 5" tall.
• FUNCTION: You can choose to use grade 8 bolts to build this tool, because the vertical spacers can move left and right to accommodate thinner molds, or molds that are a little wider than 2". Bolts also allow you to easily modify the tool as needed. Welding or riveting locks you into one size. 2/3" thick vertical spacers can also be attached to tools for thicker molds.
• PROFESSIONAL TOOL: The tool comes with 3 sets of dies, flat, fullering and unground blanks. They are about 2" wide x 2/3" thick. It can be molded as required. The scale has been removed from the blank and initial grinding has been performed.
• NOTICE: The mounting bracket has not been drilled yet, so it can be customized according to your application. In order to extend the service life of the blow end of the mold, it is recommended that you use a brass hammer.
• Heavy-Duty Steel Construction: The mold and frame are made of A36 (0.26% carbon) structural hot-rolled steel, which enables lighter but very strong tools. Great for keeping repeatable tasks consistent. Rugged and durable steel process, finished with non-slip wax to protect from rust and corrosion for long-lasting reliability.
