Balanced Body Pilates Oov Training Tool, Small, Core and Back Trainer

• PILATES EQUIPMENT: Invented by Daniel Vladeta, D.O., the Balanced Body Oov offers dynamic spine support that engages muscles more than traditional equipment. It activates your core stabilizing muscles while also gently extending the spine to stimulate healthy intervertebral disc lubrication.
• SPINAL-SUPPORT DEVICE: The Oov features a unique shape that complements the spine’s natural curves for better positioning and support during exercise. It's an effective tool for enhancing physical therapy, athletic performance, and functional movement.
• IMPRESSIVE DESIGN: The Oov is constructed from highly durable foam and is available in 3 sizes: small, medium, and large. The small Oov measures 24" L x 10" W x 7" H, the medium Oov measures 26" L x 11" W x 7" H, and the large Oov measures 28" L x 12" W x 8" H.
• VERSATILE EXERCISE TOOL: With its multifunctional design, the Oov is perfect for working your core, promoting better posture, and enhancing stability during floor or Reformer exercises. It can be used for supine, prone, side-lying, kneeling, or standing exercises as well as rehabilitation work.
• BALANCED BODY: Balanced Body is dedicated to providing Pilates-based education and equipment that empowers users to be mindful of movement, make healthy lifestyle changes, and ultimately find balance.
