Backley Pyrowood End Grain Non Toxic Cutting Boards for Kitchen | 2.5" Thick Butcher Block with Chop & Slide Notch Handle for Meat, Brisket, BBQ and Carving, 17" x 13"

• NON TOXIC CUTTING BOARD, NO PLASTIC – Solid hardwood finished with food-grade mineral oil and beeswax. No plastic, no microplastics shedding into your food, just a clean, natural surface you can feel good about.
• PYROWOOD, CARBONIZED FOR STRENGTH – The wood is heat-treated all the way through, which gives it a warm caramel colour and makes it more stable and less thirsty than untreated wood. It holds its shape, resists moisture and looks beautiful on the counter.
• END GRAIN, KIND TO YOUR KNIVES – The wood fibers face up, so your blade sinks between them instead of cutting across them. Knives stay sharp longer and small cut marks close back up over time.
• CHOP & SLIDE NOTCH – Chopping board with a notch along the edge lets you chop, then slide food straight off into a pan or bowl. It also works as a handle, so the board is easy to lift, move and hang.
• 2.5" THICK BUTCHER BLOCK – Heavy enough to stay put while you carve a brisket, break down a chicken or slice the Thanksgiving turkey. Reversible, so you can prep on one side and serve on the other as charcuterie boards.
• A GIFT THEY’LL USE EVERY DAY – A thoughtful pick for Thanksgiving hosts, Christmas gifts for mom or dad, weddings and housewarmings. Easy care: hand wash, dry upright and oil once a month.
