The circa of these is about 1980 or so. We have had a small number of these in storage for about 15-years, since we bought them from the Italian factory where all Versace eyewear were made. These are available in extremely limited numbers & once gone, they are gone forever. The frames are intended to be adjusted by dipping the earpiece in very hot water to make it soft enough to bend & fit. We suggest you take it to an optician. We cannot be responsible if this procedure goes wrong. The right inside earpiece reads "Gianni Versace Made in Italy." The left inside earpiece has the model number & "CE" marking. The Versace "Medusa" emblem is raised in gold tone at the temple. 100% UV, which is evidenced by the "CE" marking (EU standard). No case is provided. Comes in factory zip-loc. *Please note about authenticity: These items were acquired by us directly from the Italian factory where all the Versace eyewear were manufactured. We have paperwork & are happy to e-mail copies to anyone who would like to see. Since they are new vintage stock, these models may not appear in any contemporary catalog. People who may have familiarity with Versace eyewear today, may not have experience with this type of merchandise.
