• PART NUMBER CHECK: BGD igniter and flame-rod assembly for applications using Q3400A1024/U. Confirm the installed part number, 24V rating, lead length and keyed connector before ordering.
• SMARTVALVE COMPATIBILITY: Designed for select Honeywell Home and Resideo Q3450 and Q3480 hot-surface pilot burners using compatible SV9500 or SV9600 SmartValve controls.
• IGNITION AND FLAME SENSING: The hot-surface element lights the pilot burner, while the flame rod verifies the pilot flame before the control allows the main burner ignition sequence.
• CHECK LEAD LENGTH AND PLUG: Features an approximately 30-inch lead with a keyed SmartValve connector. Do not replace an 18-inch or 24-inch Q3400A assembly without confirming routing space, plug style and installation position.
