INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Adjust the shape of the grillz to the shape of your teeth.

2. Place the silicone bar in between the prongs to secure the silicone bar in place.

3. Submerge both the grill and the silicone bar in hot water (107'F degrees) for about 15-20 seconds or until the silicone bar turns clear.

4. Put the grill on your teeth and adjust if necessary. DO THIS QUICKLY. Because the silicone bar hardens within seconds of being taken out of the water.
