The RailEasy Stud Assembly is a through-post tensioning device
Designed specifically for applications that require a clean, through-post look with minimal visible hardware
The head of the stud assembly mechanically swages onto the 5/32" cable using wrenches
Use a 9/32" drill bit for drilling the through holes in the end posts. Tighten the locking nut to tension and cut off the excess thread to fit the acorn nut
The stud assembly comes standard with the Acorn Nut Set. But is also compatible with a Deluxe Cover Nut (C0307-U007-2) or HandiSwage Cover Nut Set (available in multiple colors). Cover Nut are sold Separately
Compatible with Atlantis RailEasy 5/32" Stainless Steel Railing Cable
Stud assembly-to-stud assembly cable runs should not exceed 50'. Cable runs with a non-tensioning fitting used on the opposite end should not exceed 25'
