Asayu Japan Handmade Matcha Bowl Chawan, Ceramic, Sazanami, Peacock Blue

Asayu Japan Handmade Matcha Bowl Chawan, Ceramic, Sazanami, Peacock Blue

• Handmade Japanese Chawan - Each Sazanami bowl is shaped by hand in Toki, Gifu, the heart of Mino ware, so no two are exactly alike.
• Peacock Blue Shimmer Glaze - A deep glaze with blue and gold highlights shimmers inside like ripples on water (sazanami); color varies from bowl to bowl, so each one is unique.
• Right Size for Whisking - 13 x 7.5 cm (5.1 x 3 in), 370 g (13 oz): wide and deep enough to whisk frothy usucha with a bamboo chasen without splashing.
• Made for Daily Use - High-fired ceramic, microwave and dishwasher safe; also lovely for tea lattes, desserts or as a small serving bowl.
• A Gift for Tea Lovers - A meaningful present for anyone who enjoys matcha, Japanese tea ceremony or handmade pottery.
