Heating and cooling instructions:

Microwave

1. Place wrap in microwave
2. Make sure turntable can rotate freely
3. Heat for 1 minute
4. Increase in 30 second increments as needed but not to exceed 3 minutes total
5. Check temperature for desired warmth
6. Gently shift herbs from side to side after heating

Do not overheat!

Freezer

1. Seal in ziplock or similar a plastic bag
2. Freeze neck wrap for 1-2 hours
