Carbon Steel Wok with Lid, Pre-Seasoned Flat Bottom Wok Pan, 11.8 Inch

• PRE-SEASONED & READY TO COOK. Skip the complicated first-time seasoning process. This carbon steel wok comes pre-seasoned and ready for cooking after a simple wash. With continued use and regular seasoning, the surface develops an increasingly smooth, naturally easy-release finish.
• 3X RUST PROTECTION WITH JAPAN-DEVELOPED NITRIDING. This nitrided carbon steel wok uses the DUMIK TRIPOLE multi-stage nitriding process, based on a surface-treatment technology developed in Japan. It improves surface hardness, wear resistance and rust resistance, with corrosion performance supported by a 72-hour salt-spray test.
• SNOWFLAKE TEXTURE, NO SYNTHETIC NONSTICK COATING. The specially engineered snowflake-textured cooking surface is designed to help reduce food sticking while preserving the natural performance of carbon steel. There is no synthetic nonstick coating—the easy-release surface improves naturally as the seasoning builds.
• THICKENED BASE, THINNER WALLS FOR EVEN HEATING WITH LESS WEIGHT. A reinforced thickened base improves stability, heat distribution and warp resistance, while comparatively thinner sidewalls provide faster heat response and help reduce unnecessary weight. This carbon steel stir fry pan is built for tossing, searing, sautéing and high-heat cooking.
• FLAT BOTTOM WOK PAN WITH LID FOR ALL STOVETOPS. This carbon steel wok features a flat bottom designed for stable contact on induction, gas, electric, glass, ceramic and halogen cooktops without a wok ring. The tempered glass lid adds versatility for steaming, simmering and braising.
