Wall mounted panel heaters are Safe and Economical and work on the priciple of Convective Heat Transfer. The Panels are mounted to a wall (in the desired room and location) using the hardware provided and simple do-it-yourself installation instructions. Principle of Heat Convection - Hot air rises and gets displaced by cooler air. The panel heater uses this principle to create convective air currents within the room. These currents, gradually move warmer air around the room and create a uniform ambient temperature. Panel heaters do not have in-built fan or any other moving part. Cozy-Heater heating panels are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for two (2) years from date of purchase. The warranty does not apply if damage or malfunction occurs due to accidents, improper handling, mis-use, unauthorized repairs made or attempted, improper installation and/or operation with connected voltage more than 5% greater than the nameplate voltage. Minor hairline cracks are very rare and are not covered undr warranty as it will not affect the operation/safety of the heater. Customer is responsible for removal, shipping and re-installation of the defective panels. Cozy-Heater LLC will repair or replace the panel at their discretion. Cozy-Heater LLC shall not be liable nor does this warranty cover liability for incidental or consequential damages for any cause whtsoever, including but not limited to; Negligence, Tort, Strict liability or Contract.
