• Our infant support cushion is built and tested to meet 16 CFR Part 1243 safety requirements. Max support surface incline ≤10°, firm surface to reduce suffocation risk, no restraints. Designed only for supervised tummy time practice. NOT FOR SLEEP.
• This cushion supports infant during tummy time training to strengthen neck and shoulder muscles. Adult supervision is REQUIRED at all times. Never leave baby unattended. Do NOT use for resting, reclining or sleeping.
• Constructed with firm filling, sidewall angle >90°, no recessed nest cavity. Breathable soft fabric cover is removable and machine washable for easy cleaning.
• Comes with permanently sewn warning tag per CPSC requirement, clearly stating the product is not for sleep and adult supervision mandatory.
• Comes with CPC certificate and full test reports. Includes tracking label with manufacturer info, production date and model number as required by 16 CFR 1130.
