The instructor and student friendly trainer feature a Pad Sensing System that senses when the pads are placed on the manikin's torso. Clear, calm voice prompts guide students through proper usage while a chest compression metronome (which is able to be turned off) encourages students to compress at the ECC recommended rate. And just like with most modern field units, once assembled, the pads stay pre-connected. This gives your students a good feel for what it's like using an actual defibrillator.
