The Aries floor lamp provides efficient ambient lighting for an entire room in a slim design. Simplicity shines in this look with a brushed steel finish and a tapered frosted plastic shade. An Adesso patented 300 Watt Double Socket construction allows for two criss-crossed sockets, each holding on/off 150 Watt incandescant bulbs or equivalent CFL's, which provides approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere using a 150 Watt 3-way bulb and illuminates an entire room. A simple high/low rotary switch is located on the pole to adjust the brightness. This lamp has a black cord and is smart outlet compatible. Bulbs are not included. The three-way switch adjust the light from low setting, high setting to off position.
